Kate is going to demo a series of dishes including pesto, an exotic tomato sauce, and a luscious alfredo sauce. And then that’s where the fun begins! We are going to assemble a whole bunch of different ingredients, and have you create individual dishes. By the end of the workshop, you will have an idea of how very versatile these raw base recipes can be. You won’t be leaving with just a couple of recipes, you will be inspired by everyone in the group and see just how raw cuisine unleashes everyone’s creativity. There is plenty of opportunity for hands-on in this class, so places are limited to ensure everyone gets to test out their skills.

Kate will be teaching a Raw Chocolate Masterclass. She will go into detail on the story of cacao, its history and its benefits. And she will show you many different ways to prepare raw chocolate, from the simple to the gourmet. We will start off with an easy Chocolate Spread, and then make some delicious Chocolate Truffles. Kate will share advanced techniques like Bonbons and Filled Chocolates, and everyone will get a chance to have a go at preparing some of these amazing treats. We will round it off with a Chocolate Cake, just in case you haven’t had enough cacao!
Kate is a passionate advocate of superfoods, and we will also be including many interesting superfoods in the chocolate, so you can see taste for yourself how delicious and nourishing these foods are.
