Gröna Smoothies har blivit så himla populärt och så många människor har märkt hur deras hälsa har förbättrats utav de gröna godingarna. Här får du fem recept från boken, för att du ska få den skönaste hösten ever!

Green Chia Pudding
Chia seeds stabilize bloodsugar, support the stomach, and give you lots of antioxidants and beneficial fatty acids. It’s the perfext start for anyone who’s usually hungry in the morning.
1 banana
2 apples
3 stalks of celery
2 tbsp chiaseeds, soaked in ½ cup of water, will make about 1 cup of chia porridge
2 tsp acaipowder
Mix cut-up pieces of apple and celery with banan, chiaseeds and acaipowder until it turns into a smooth porridge.
Apple Glory
Eating apples every day builds a great foundation for good health. An apple a day keeps the doctor away!
2 apples
2 cups spinach
2 cups water
½ avokado
Chop the apple into pieces and blend with spinach and water. Add avokado and mix again. Add water until desired consistency is reached.
Green Pear Smoothie
Use ripe pears for a smoother and creamier smoothie.
2 large handfuls of kale
2 cups water
2 large pears, ripe
1 cup blueberry, frozen
Blend chopped kale with the water. Add pieces of pears and blueberries and mix again. Dilute with water for desired consistency.
Green Lucuma Smoothie
Lucuma is a superfood that contains high levels of B3 and iron and gives the smoothie a creamy, caramel flavor.
1 ½ cups lettuce
2 cups water
1 pear
1 apple
1 smal zucchini
2 tbsp lucuma
Chop the lettuce and mix with water. Cut the pear, apple and zucchini into pieces and add. Blend again. Add the lucuma and filute with water until desired consistency is reached.
Strawberrylicious
Fresh and cool strawberry smoothie! Basil and strawberries are both rich in iron – power for ladies!
2 cups strawberried
2 cups basil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 cup water
½ cup ice cubes
Optional; honey to sweeten
Mix strawberries, basil, lime juice and water. Add ice cubes and mix again. You can use frozen strawberries instead of icecubes and fresh strawberries.
