… everyday I try to make space for yoga. Sometimes 5 min, and sometimes 2 hrs. It makes me feel more connected to myself; my breathe, my body and mind.
Where ever I am, I try to squeeze in a yogamat but it can also be right on the carpet, as this morning.
Mostly I am doing my practice at home by myself early in the morning, and I actually more or less do the yoga in my pajamas.
But eh… when @mightysolo asked me if I wanted to try out their outfits, my answer was “oh yes”. I found out that my practice got more as they say in yoga community “do it as you mean it”.
Smooth, soft, comfortable and if working from home the yoga outfit stays on for the rest of the day. And now when it is wintercold I also where as an extra layer under my clothes. Warm & Comfy = Happy & Positive.
