Coffe Cacao Fusion Brownie with Frosting 😋
My food is so simple nowadays so it is not so much to post 😜. But this new recipe came out really yummie. Super easy, simple and everyone who tried it thought it was very very good. Often when I do treats, I give them away 😅. I love create with raw food but what I love more is to give the raw experience further and inspire to take one more step towards foods which supports and nourish. I love the coffe flavor but I don’t drink coffe, so this fusion is a win win for me 💞.
Brownie:
10 dates
2 dl cashewnuts ( using the best raw cashews I know from @rutasoka 💯)
2 dl oats
1 dl walnuts
6 tbsp cold coffe
3-4 tbsp raw cacao powder
a pinch of salt
Frosting/
20 dates
4 tbsp coffe
1 tbsp coconutoil, liquid
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
Topping:
2 tbsp cacao nibs
For more coffee taste- use espresso coffe.
If you use roasted cacao powder the cacao taste will be different, more strong than the gentle raw version, so then you maybe need to add some more dates. Ground cashew, oats and walnuts to a fine flour in a food processor. Add dates and the rest of the ingredients. Let it mix until you have dough. Press out in a square container with baking paper. Put in fridge/freezer. Make the frosting in the food processor. Spread over the brownie. Sprinkle cacao nibs over. Let it stay in fridge for 3-4 hrs or put in freezer. Cut in squares. Nom Nom🖤🤎.
